LIV Golf was in action for a second straight week, moving from Mexico City to Korea. It offered the customary $25 million purse, with $4 million to the winner and $5 million carved out for the team event.
Bryson DeChambeau is taking home the big check for the third time in LIV Golf, having led wire-to-wire at Jack Nicklaus Golf Club and winning by two shots. He shot rounds of 65–66–66 to win by two shots over his Crushers teammate Charles Howell III, who rallied Sunday with a tournament-best 9-under 63.
Behind DeChambeau and Howell III, the Crushers won the team competition by nine shots over Brooks Koepka’s Smash GC. Joaquin Niemann’s Torque GC was third.
DeChambeau, the reigning U.S. Open champion, will next play in two weeks at the PGA Championship. LIV Golf will play again June 6-8 at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Va.
