UPDATE: The Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office said Jocelynn Munro was found safe around 11 p.m. Monday.
GENEVA TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Deputies are looking for a 17-year-old girl from Van Buren County who has been missing for days.
Jocelynn Munro was last seen around 9 p.m. Tuesday at her home in Geneva Township, according to the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office. A family member reported her missing on Wednesday when they noticed she wasn’t at home.
Deputies say they believe Munro left the home willingly, but they’re concerned because she has not been in contact with any friends or family members since then.
Her family believes she could be in the area of South Bend, Indiana, according to the sheriff’s office.
Munro stands 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds, deputies say. She has dark brown hair and blue eyes.
