GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A week-long celebration celebrating restaurants in the Grand Rapids area returns for a 15th year next month.
Restaurant Week GR is back and will begin on Nov. 1 and go through Nov. 9. The initiative is designed to get residents and visitors to try, revisit or find a new favorite establishment and meal.
This year’s Restaurant Week will provide fixed menu options at three different price points: $25, $35 and $45. Each option will include at least two courses. There will be more than 70 restaurants participating this year.
Along with the menus to try, guests can also vote for their favorite experiences for the first time in the 15-year history of Restaurant Week. This can be done with the Restaurant Week Digital Pass, which is back again. The pass allows guests to “check in” at the different restaurants, vote for their favorite and earn rewards points that can be used to get prizes.
Menus of each participating restaurant will also be released ahead of Restaurant Week inside the pass.
For each meal check-in that is submitted through the pass, Experience Grand Rapids, the hosts of the event, will donate $1 to $5,000 to the Grand Rapids Community College Secchia Institute for Culinary Education.
You can find more information and sign up for the digital pass by clicking here.
