GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – Bouquets of flowers filled the arms of hundreds of people in downtown Grand Rapids on Wednesday.
Eastern Floral partnered with the Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan for its annual Petal It Forward event, expressing kindness and support for the West Michigan community.
Staff from Eastern Floral passed out two bouquets of flowers per person to people walking downtown streets – one to keep and one to give away to help spread cheer.
Almost 1,000 bouquets were given away for the cause.
