Tips:
- Make sure games are age-appropriate
- Set when, how much, after homework/chores completed, etc.
- Engage in conversations about the games they enjoy
- Provide a visual or auditory countdown about playtime left
- Give positive reinforcement
- Encourage after gaming activities
- Model good screen time habits by limiting your own use
