Matt Jaworowski is a digital reporter for WOOD TV8. He is a Grand Rapids native that has more than 14 years of news experience in West Michigan, working at Fox 17, MLive and Media General’s National web desk.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana Wesleyan University and his master’s degree in Communication Studies from Grand Valley State University.
He joined WOOD TV8 in 2017 as a news producer, leading Daybreak and The Seven. Matt has played a role in several big projects at WOOD TV8, including the 2020 Auto Show Special and our coverage of the Fifth Third River Bank Run. He also helped carry our coverage during several breaking news events, including the Grand Rapids riots.
He lives in Walker with his wife and two kids.
