GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (ABC 4)- Joan Vassos, ABC’s first-ever “Golden Bachelorette,” is inching closer and closer to finding her forever soulmate, but love sometimes comes at a cost.
On Wednesday, Oct. 30, Bachelor Nation can tune into part one of “The Golden Bachelorette” finale, where Vassos will make another tough decision.
What happens during overnight dates on ‘The Golden Bachelorette’ finale part one?

JOAN VASSOS
According to ABC, overnight dates will occur, and during the episode, “Joan and her remaining men (Chock, Guy and Pascal) travel to the beautiful Islands of Tahiti for a crucial week of her journey.”
Although love may blossom on the Islands, trouble may loom in paradise.
ABC also teases that while “Joan dives deep into a week of adventure and tough conversations,” one of the overnight dates “takes a shocking turn.”
In a preview trailer uploaded to Bachelor Nation’s YouTube channel, Joan appears to question one of the men’s feelings towards her.
Will Chock get chopped?

CHOCK, JOAN VASSOS
“I wonder if your feelings have faded,” Vassos expresses during a sit down with Chock. “Maybe Chock’s just too good to be true,” she states in another clip.
While we wait for Chock’s response and find out if he’s eliminated, it also appears “The Golden Bachelorette” is concerned about ending the process as a single woman.
“It hurts to think that I might leave with nobody,” Joan says tearfully in a confessional clip.
Nancy Hulkower helps Joan navigate
No matter the outcome of Joan’s overnight dates, there’s no doubt that she’ll have support in making tough choices. While tuning in, viewers will also see a “friendly face making a surprise visit, giving Joan the courage she needs to navigate the rest of her journey” with “newfound confidence.”
