GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — The Detroit Lions have announced that the 2024 Thanksgiving Halftime Show will feature Shaboozey, the Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter best known for his smash hit “A Bar Song (Tipsy).”

The song has spent more weeks on top of the Billboard Hot 100 than any other song this year.

Shaboozey was also featured on Beyoncé’s album “Cowboy Carter,” and his song “Start a Riot” was included on the soundtrack for “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.”

Last year’s halftime show featured rapper Jack Harlow.

Kickoff for the 85th annual Thanksgiving Day Classic is set for 12:30 p.m. Nov. 28. The Lions will host the Chicago Bears.
